Programme Overview

In a region where youth unemployment nears 80%, the Skills & Employment programme helps young people build real pathways to work.

Through school-based training and community Skills Hubs, we develop digital, technical, and life skills — from career guidance, coding to AI, to entrepreneurship – preparing rural youth for the jobs of today and the future.

Why it
matters

In rural South Africa, most young people leave school with limited options and little support. Many don’t have internet access, transport, or networks to help them take the next step. At the same time, the job market is evolving fast and the digital divide is growing.

Our Skills & Employment programme bridges that divide. We bring opportunity closer to home by connecting young people to real-world skills, networks, and the confidence to build their own futures.
